On your behalf, DME will negotiate and explore the following:

 

  • Hotel Contract - Our negotiation experience directly will convert into your cost saving
  • Site Selection - Select the right venue is vital to your successful program
  • Incentive Travel Programs - Reward your top producers and improve their loyalty

 

  • Develop and issue client/supplier contracts, submit RFP’s
  • Research and create budgets for proposals.
  • Review all submitted proposals with client and choose which venue is most appropriate depending on size of group and desired location 

Client’s final figures will also include quotes regarding:

  • Air and transportation
  • Menu selections
  • Specific audiovisual requirements
  • After hour excursion events

 

We personally inspect venue meeting space and meet with on-site Director of Sales, Sales Manager, Convention Service Manager, Catering for all upcoming events for our clients.
