Michael McGee — Managing Partner

Michael McGee has spent nearly four decades turning hospitality into an art form. His career began in 1987 as a Banquet Manager at the Union League in Philadelphia — while simultaneously earning his culinary credentials at the Pennsylvania Culinary College — and never slowed down from there.

He helped launch The Mansion, a landmark restaurant and banquet hall in Voorhees, NJ, rising quickly to Director of Catering. From there, Michael brought his talent to some of the most recognized names in the industry: Hilton Hotels, Omni, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Wyndham Sugar Bay in USVI, and the Bonaventure Hotel and Spa in Weston, FL.

In 2008, Michael joined Roberto Cosentino in founding DME Meetings & Incentives — channeling everything he'd built over two decades into a company designed to do things differently.
