We will request formal RFPs to each potential hotel, after receiving their proposals we will evaluate all the factors important to you, such as room rates, availability, meeting space, amenities, cancellation policies and concessions. Our team will then negotiate the best possible terms to ensure their offer aligns with your budget and event goals.

Program Management

We offer on-site program management to ensure your event runs smoothly. Our team will oversee meeting space setup, audiovisual coordination, and registration, ensuring every detail aligns with your overall goals for a seamless and successful event.
