Contract Negotiation
First step in negotiation is to clearly identify your needs and requirements. We will request formal RFPs to each potential hotel, after receiving their proposals we will evaluate all the factors important to you, such as room rates, availability, meeting space, amenities, cancellation policies and concessions. We will negotiate their offers based upon your budget and needs.
Program Management
On demand we will offer program management on site. We will oversee the meeting space set up, audio visual and registration, making sure they will align with your overall goals to secure a succesful event.
